  • How do I sign up?

    Joining the Disturbia Rewards programme is easy. If you already have a Disturbia account, you're automatically signed up to earn reward points. If you don't have an account you can create one here. Rewards can not be used on Mystery Boxes.
  • Hwo do I earn points?

    For every €1 you spend on products you'll earn 1 point. If you are shopping in a different currency, what you spend on products will be converted to EUR and your points earned will be based on this conversion amount.   • How do the tiers work?

    Earn points with every purchase and move up through the tiers, unlocking new perks and discounts with each tier. A 12-month timer is activated once you enter a tier and even if you spend your points or they expire, you will still remain in that tier until the 12 months has passed.
  • How do I exchange my points for rewards or discounts?

    You can redeem/exchange your points for vouchers at the checkout where the amount will be deducted from your basket. You must be logged into your Disturbia account to redeem your points.   • How does refer a friend work?

    Head to the referral page and enter one or multiple of your friends email addresses you wish to refer. Your friend will receive a voucher for €10 off their first order of €50 or more (must be their first purchase). Once they have made their purchase, you'll receive 100 points for each referral.
  • How long does it take for my points to show?

    Most points will be visible immediately; however purchase points will be added 30 days after fulfilment.
  • Can I earn points whilst using a gift card?

    Points will only be awarded for any payments made without a gift card. If you place an order for €40 with a €25 gift card, 15 points will be added to your balance.
  • How do I check my points balance?

    Make sure you're logged into your account, and simply check the rewards page, or check your account page where your points are always on display.
  • What happens if I make a return?

    Your points will automatically be deducted from your pending purchase points, and any remaining points will be added 30 days after fulfilment in line with our returns policy.
  • I used a redeemable voucher on my order but I wish to return it, how does this work?

    The points accrued from your initial purchase will still be returned to your account however any points redeemed as part of the discounted purchase will not be returned.
