When will I receive my order?

"Please be advised that orders placed between the 17th and 28th of November may be subject to delays due to an increased volume of orders within this timeframe."

All orders are picked and packed 7 days a week, and are dispatched Mon-Fri (excluding localised Bank Holidays).

What time will my order be delivered?

Our delivery services run during standard operating hours and specific delivery windows depend on the courier used. While we can't guarantee an exact delivery window, your order will arrive within the advertised delivery timeframe.

For accurate and up to date information regarding your delivery, we recommend checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you aren't home when the delivery is attempted the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule but will update your tracking status online. Your parcel may be left with a neighbour, in a safe place nominated at your address or returned to your local depot to be collected.

Please note if your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to a local depot, parcels must be collected within a maximum of 18 days or your order may be returned to sender.
