Made a mistake at checkout? Don't worry!
You can edit your order within 30 minutes of placing your order with us. If your order is eligible, the option to amend will be available on the confirmation page, immediately after your order has been placed.
Once your parcel has been labelled for dispatch we no longer have the ability to edit your order. Any shipping address changes must be addressed with the courier, especially after dispatch, but may not always be possible.
