Labels for initiated returns that are not passed to the return carrier, or do not show active tracking updates, within 14 days will be cancelled.
When returning via a carrier service we offer, please ensure you post your return within 14 days of creating your label.
If returning via the Self Ship, your label may show as cancelled but your return request will be processed once your parcel is received back at our warehouse.
