Can I refuse my parcel if I've changed my mind?

In the case of a refused delivery, you will be responsible for:

• Original shipping charges;
• Any return import fees incurred;
• Return postage costs to Disturbia.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
