If your order hasn't made it to you and is instead being returned to us, we're really sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.
Your parcel may have been returned for one of the following reasons:
- The parcel was refused.
- The delivery carrier was unable to access your delivery address.
- The parcel was damaged in transit.
- The delivery address was incomplete.
- Delivery was unavailable / the parcel then wasn't collected from a pickup point within the required timeframe.
Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, and a further 5 working days for your refund to be processed. We'll send you confirmation of your refund via email.
If you'd like to re-order your items you're welcome to do so, providing stock is available. We recommend ordering to a delivery address that is easily accessible for our delivery carriers.
