Why has my order been split?

We want to ensure we're able to offer the best possible product range to our customers so on occasion, you may notice your order being dispatched from our difference warehouses.

If your order cannot be shipped in full from our EU warehouse, and is eligible, we may split your order and part ship from our UK warehouse (split shipping is not available to all EU countries).

In the event an item(s) is being fulfilled from our UK warehouse, standard delivery times apply. Please see our Delivery FAQs here for more information on timescales.

Your order number for both parcels will remain the same.
We'll send you confirmation via email if your order has been split and tracking details, once available, so you can follow your deliveries.


Will I be charged multiple shipping costs?

Absolutely not! Any postage paid for your order will cover the cost of both parcels in the event your order is split shipped.


Will I be asked to pay Customs fees?

There are no hidden charges or fees! All costs associated with your order are outlined at checkout and your final order total is inclusive of any duties or taxes (where applicable).

You will not be able to pay anything additional on your order, even if being split shipped.
